I’m so confused, it has square headlights but it looks too old to have square headlights

I think they wee assembled out here too, but I could be wrong on that

Yeah from what I can find it’s a Cj-10. Which is a Wrangler bodied Jeep J-10 pickup. So I guess the reason for the different headlights, and fenders is that it’s wider than a normal CJ-5.

I’d rather have a troopy land cruiser, that is hideous.

Cause they never sold them in the US. The only CJ-10's were the USAF’s CJ-10A aircraft tugs. For some reason Oz got a civilian spec actual truck out of it. 10A’s have had the wheel base lengthened and been converted to a pickup sorta thing, but not many cause it’s a huge project.

I think a few have been imported in though; there might have even been a few when they were new, but I’m not certain.

A few likely have been imported, yeah. It wouldn’t surprise me either if a couple had been diverted from the assembly line either.

Someone posted a project on the Comanche club forum a few years back that wasn’t his, but it was a guy who had the back half of one shipped up from Oz which he mated to a tug’s front.

I’ll agree that they’re cool but id never have one just cause they’re not exactly pretty. The proportions are just way too off.
